What We Do
We connect researchers, innovators and founders to one another, and to talents, mentors, teams and investment, aso as to build, grow and scale these innovations.
We see great and global innovations as depending on a Triangle of 3 critical Pillars, which in Africa have been less built or standing in isolation for ages.
We saw the need to form a solid base for innovation, by building a connecting platform and ecosystem upon the three pillars of:
- Scientific R&D (and commercialization)
- Venture Building (with talents & resources)
- Funding (for Research and Ventures)
Who We Are
We are the Tribe of Innovation for Africa.
Tribinnov Africa is a crowdsourced innovation platform, bringing together Innovation-minded visionaries and think tanks to build out scalable and market-creating innovations.
While our Startup Studio spins out scalable brands from our ecosystem, every founder who onboards on Tribinnov is able to access our solid team to build with them from ideation to market entry to scale but much importantly, tap into our tribe of dependable investors.
We know researchers in Africa are limited, as so we have positiond to be the most trusted platform for research funding and support in Africa by creating transparent "fund and track" system.
Researchers can get support to patent or protect their works, find founders and companies to commercialize the discoveries & innovations, get talents to join in building MVPs, and get investment or funding to support the research operations.
We are working on our decentralized R&D labs and maker spaces for ideations rsearch and prototyping but we are however digitalizing and connecting all effective, well equipped labs and facilities across the continent, such that a researcher in Nigeria can access a facility in South Africa or collaborate with a lab or fellow researchers in Ghana, and get funded by investors from 1, 6 or more countries as they choose.
This is a new dawn in Africa Research and Innovations building space.
The Horizontal Infrastructure For Innovation
When setting out, our goal was to look out for industries that are interconnected, whose markets align, and upon which we can create an ecosystem of innovation and adoption.
We are doing this for two reasons, building a large pool of solutions and brands able to server Africa's billion consumers in uniquely efficient ways, and create th rails on which markets are created, accessed and deepened in adoption leveraging partnerships, tools and infrastructure we've built across the 3 pillars of innovation.
As we do this, we digitalize the processes for transparency to our investors and stakeholders, create highly effective and protected data structure, create and connect the hubs through which connections happen, and all thse form a critical solid base that can server multiple industries.
We know that innovations are powered by innovative people and propelled by talents and this is the main vision behind our talents development system to make human capital available to support these entities.

We are committed to high level impact across the continent to improve living standards, create wealth for Africans and in the process solve problems of unemployment.
However, as we do this, we are looking to solve problems or create improved advantages for people at scale.
Every investment we make, every team we form, every mentor we assign will be in endeavors, research or startups that affect a large nuumber(several thousadns to millions) of customers, beneficiaries or clients and these would be highly sustainable without dependence on charity.
Since we understand that Africa needs patient Capital and endeavors to grow, our work is to tap into several networks to access and make available patient Capital in several forms. We will however ensure that that such Capital will be driven to make for sustainability and on a long term, profitability as it might apply, or better still drive high revenue that will be benficial and provide shared rewards to all stakeholders, in the long or short term as it might apply.
